🌆Your responsibilities
You will be in charge of content quality on our platform (an 18+ product in the adult entertainment space (Onlyfans alike platform)).
Our platform is new in the adult creator space. We want to get away from instant gratification and contribute towards a more positive image of the adult industry Building a new sexy & positive brand needs specific content. You will guide creators on how to create this & help them succeed.
Not all creators know how they can produce good content or are not aware of the content we want them to push on our platform. Your job will be to help them out.
🕛Day-to-day
You will be doing the following tasks during your working day.
👉Following up on creators
We want creators to be successful on our platform. Successful creators brand themselves. You will provide feedback to creators on how to improve their content & see how they can brand themselves. You will be scheduling calls with our creators to discuss their content with them.
👉Create guides & tips for our community
We are building a knowledge base. Your job will be to enrich it with good tips in regard to creating content & promoting content on social media.
👉Reach out to influencers & proven creators
Attracting influencers & other successful creators to our platforms will be one of your tasks. You will reach out to them as we need more quality creators on our platform.
👉Social media management
Good content needs to be shared! You will be sharing this on our social media handles. If you have experience in social media marketing you will be able to build a following.

🛠️Your Skillset
As we are looking for generalists you will have good knowledge of the following topics:
- Social media content creation
- You have a track record of content creation on these platforms
- You enjoy social media and know the ins and outs of all platforms (Twitter/Instagram/TikTok/Reddit)
- Social media marketing experience
- You know how to build a following and stand out
- You know how to engage people
- Video editing & graphic skills (plus)
- You know how to edit clips & perform basic graphics in order to create good content
