As a generalist, you'll possess a broad range of skills, including:
- Performance Marketing/Paid Ads: Good understanding of creatives, funnels, CPA/CTR metrics, campaign setup, and optimisation.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO principles and techniques to improve website and landing page conversions.
- Branding & Positioning: You appreciate the importance of consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Social Media Marketing: You're well-versed in various social media platforms and the strategies that drive success.
- On-Page Marketing: Optimising user flows, analysing user behaviour optimisation, and enhancing funnels come naturally to you.
- Search Engine Optimization & Content Marketing: You have a firm grasp of SEO and content strategies and can use them effectively in your marketing efforts.
- Affiliate Marketing: You understand the complexities and nuances of affiliate marketing.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to draw insights from marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Email Marketing: Experience crafting and executing effective email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to streamline and optimise marketing processes.
📈 What Your First Months Will Look Like:

- To define the brand and marketing positioning.

- Creating a brand that resonates with the company’s vision and differentiates it from competitors in the market.
- Conduct market research, analyse customer behaviour and preferences, and understand the competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop a unique value proposition, create targeted advertising campaigns, and leverage social media and other digital marketing channels to reach the targeted audience.
- To analyse the website, the product is aligned with the Marketing strategy.
- Conduct a comprehensive website audit and evaluate website design, user experience, content quality, and functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Work closely with the development team to implement necessary changes and enhancements to align the website with the overarching marketing objectives.
- To craft a psychologically-driven go-to-market strategy.
- Conducting in-depth consumer behaviour research to understand the target audience's underlying motivations, needs, and pain points.
- Utilising psychological principles and insights to develop a data-driven, emotionally resonant go-to-market strategy that speaks to the aspirations and desires of the target market.
- Collaborating with the development team to integrate psychological triggers and persuasive messaging into various marketing touchpoints and campaigns can help achieve the desired outcome.
- Continued Analysis and Iteration:
- Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and post-mortems to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for refinement and improvement.
- Refining brand positioning and marketing messaging based on data-driven insights to stay ahead of the competition and align with the company’s vision.
